This website belongs to CGRC AI, a product of Cognito Consultants. You can reach us at info@cgrcai.com.
What this website collects
Nothing, unless you choose to write to us. The site uses no cookies and no tracking or analytics, and it loads nothing from other companies. Its fonts and images come from our own server.
If you send us a message
The contact form asks for your name, your email address, optionally your organisation, and your message. When you press Send, the form sends an email to our mailbox. We do not keep the details anywhere else on this website.
- Why we use it: only to read your message and reply to you, and to arrange a conversation if you are interested in our pilot programme. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and taking steps at your request.
- Who sees it: the people at CGRC AI and Cognito Consultants who deal with enquiries. Your email is handled in Microsoft 365, and the website is hosted by IONOS. We do not sell your details or use them for anything unrelated.
- How long we keep it: as long as the conversation continues, and then only as long as we need to. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to info@cgrcai.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change what this website does with your details, we will update this page and its date.
