What the pilot is
CGRC AI is a complete governance, risk and compliance system with AI at every step. It is at pilot stage, which means we are choosing a small number of organisations to use it properly on real work, with direct access to the people who built it. What you tell us shapes what we build next.
Who we are looking for
- Health and social care. Hospitals, clinics, day surgery units and care providers that want incidents, safeguarding, complaints, risks, audits and policies in one connected place. See governance software for health and social care.

It suits teams that today rely on spreadsheets, shared folders or a system that only records, and that want to see what a connected system with AI support can change.

Where we are, honestly
CGRC AI is at pilot stage. It records and tracks, and it does not file reports with regulators on your behalf. We hold no formal certifications yet, and we will say so here when that changes. The AI drafts and suggests, and it is not trained on a customer's data and never sees another customer's.

Is there a cost to join?
We talk about terms in the first conversation, once we understand what you want to achieve.
Do we have to replace our current system?
No. You do not have to replace your current system to take part, and there is an import tool for bringing in existing records from spreadsheets.
