Why CGRC AI exists
Our team has spent years in healthcare governance, from the front line to senior leadership. We have used many different incident, risk and governance systems, and configured them for hospitals. Too often they only record. Incidents sit in one place, risks in another, actions in a spreadsheet and policies in a folder, and the lessons are easy to lose.
We know how clinics, ward teams, matrons and boards really work, and where the old systems frustrate the people who use them. CGRC AI is our answer: one connected system, with AI that helps at every step and people who always make the decision.
What we believe
- Governance should guide people, not just record them. The system should help you spot a problem sooner, fix it properly and show that the fix held.
- The AI drafts and suggests. People decide. It always shows what it used, and it is built on your own records.
- One source of truth. Every part of governance in one place, so leaders see the whole picture and not one corner of it.
Where we are
CGRC AI is at pilot stage and we are working with a small number of organisations, from hospitals and care providers to charities and research teams. It records and tracks, and it does not file reports with regulators for you. We hold no formal certifications yet, and we will say so here when that changes.
